Bill Townsend
Bill Townsend is a Tenor, Pianist, and Business Development professional currently acting as Capital Keys' President of the Board. He sees the arts as a platform to rally audiences to the needs of the local and national community. Bill performs as a vocal soloist throughout the DMV and works full time as a Growth lead for companies engaged in contract work for the federal government.

A seasoned senior project manager with deep expertise in nonprofit strategy, financial planning, and community empowerment, Luis blends artistic vision with operational discipline. His leadership ensures that Capital Keys remains a catalyst for cultural access, artistic excellence, and philanthropic impact.
